Task
The team faced three main objectives:

• Increase network performance (throughput) and reliability;
• Simplify operations and make the system more efficient;
• Prepare the infrastructure for future growth and the new demands of the digital era.

Thus, the project aimed to ensure that Uztelecom’s network could operate reliably today and easily handle tomorrow’s workloads.

Solution
Together with Cisco, we implemented a comprehensive solution that included:
Deployment of Cisco equipment. Routers, switches, and management platforms were integrated into the network. This meant that key network nodes received new hardware and software, making connectivity faster, more stable, and easier to administer.
Backbone modernization. The lines along the Tashkent–Bukhara and Bukhara–Karshi–Termez–Denau routes were upgraded, significantly increasing network capacity and reliability. As a result, more data can be transmitted without interruptions, and regional connectivity has become more resilient even under heavy loads.
Modern management system. Real-time data analytics, convenient diagnostics, and network optimization functions were added. This allows monitoring network performance in real time, quickly detecting and resolving issues, and automatically balancing the load to ensure stable speed and quality of service.

As a result, the network became faster, more resilient, and easier to manage.

Our team played a key role in the project implementation:

• System integration. Cisco devices were integrated into Uztelecom’s existing infrastructure without service interruptions.
